Student Surveys
Cottonwood Creek Charter School students will be asking students in grades 4-8 to participate in the Cottonwood Creek Student Survey during the month of May. This is a very important survey that helps promote better health and well-being among our youth, improve the school learning environment and better equip our school to combat problems such as drug abuse and violence. The survey results give us valuable information about students' attitudes and behaviors. We use this information to develop better ways to help students become healthier, happier, and more successful in school and life. It is voluntary and anonymous. If you do not want your student to complete the survey, you must notify the school.
